Where can I get my all my account info, makes changes, check website stats and more?
If you are a current customer, then you have the ability to gain access to the NPS Customer Tools section. Once logged in, you will have the ability to view and edit your customer information, view your website stats and storage information, administer email accounts, add datasources, view billing options and much more.

I can't remember my "Customer Tools" section login, how can I obtain it?
If you cannot remember your login for the NPS Customer Tools section, simply visit the Login Recovery section. Here you will be asked to enter the email address you originally supplied when opening the account. An email will then be sent to that account containing the required information to gain access to the Customer Tools section.

What billing options does NPS offer?

To be able to use Generator, do I have to move my whole site over to NPS?
In order to use Generator you do not have to move your entire website over to NPS. NPS offers Gen Only hosting accounts, strictly for the hosting of Generator templates. This enables you to keep your website where it currently is and simply add the functionality of having Generator. All information can be passed to the Generator templates remotely via database or URL strings, or locally through a text file.

Can NPS host my domain name?
Yes, NPS can host your domain name. When you sign up for an account with NPS, you will then gain access to our Customer Tools section. From there you can fully administer your account, including adding a domain name. All information required to transfer a domain name to NPS can be found in the Customer Tools section, along with instruction on how to do so.

What databases/datasources does NPS support?
NPS supports the useage of Access97/98/2000 and SQL 7 databases/datasources. Once signed up for an account, datasources can be administered via our Customer Tools section.

What would happen if I was to exceed my transfer or storage limit?
If your monthly transfer limit has been exceeded, NPS charges $0.10 per additional 1MB transfer per month (over monthly transfer limit). If your monthly storage limit is exceeded, NPS charges $10 per additional 10MB increment of storage per month (over monthly storage limit).

What kind of Internet connection are NPS's servers on?
NPS's servers are on a 155Mb backbone connection that is provided by MCI WorldCom. The facilities also have backup dual T3's, in case the main line fails. The building has power generators, and all machines are on UPS systems.

What type of documents does NPS support hosting of?
NPS accepts and supports the hosting of the following file formats. (ColdFusion) .CFM, (Active Server Pages) .ASP, (PHP) .PHP3, (Standard HTML) .HTM.

What are the "Default Document" names that NPS supports?
The two "Default Document" names that NPS supports are "index" and "default".

Does NPS offer website hit and statistic reports?
Yes, NPS has a highly sophisticated live statistics reporting system in place for your convience. Current customers can gain access to these live reports via the Customer Tools section.
